HISTORY & LEGACY
Founded in 1978 in Barcelona, Dry Martini was born as a tribute to the most classic and elegant cocktail in the world of mixology. From the very beginning, the bar on Aribau Street became a temple for lovers of fine drinking, where precision and ritual define every service.
In 1996, Javier de las Muelas took over the project, bringing an innovative vision and expanding the Dry Martini universe without losing the essence of the original.
For more than four decades, Dry Martini has consolidated its place as a global icon, recognized among the world’s best bars. Today, it remains a timeless reference that combines tradition, elegance and excellence in every cocktail.
