Alongside our own drinks menu, created by Javier de las Muelas, the proposal includes an exquisite selection of dishes and tapas, tailored to each occasion and to the needs of every client.
WORKSHOP
Our workshops are designed as participatory sessions in which our bartenders explain how to use the shaker and the mixing glass, the essential tools and basic ingredients, our ice culture, and the history of the cocktail.
